StemScan™ offers sensitive, comprehensive and consistent post-transplant chimerism detection for allogeneic HSCT (Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant) patients using NGS data.

The easy to use batch workflow makes it straightforward to process many samples simultaneously in the lab. 

Organ monitoring

OrganScan™ offers sensitive donor-derived DNA detection post-transplant for solid organ transplant patients using NGS data .

An increasing proportion of donor-derived DNA in the cell-free DNA (cfDNA) population of the recipient is an early indicator of damage to the graft, and can be detected non-invasively via a simple blood test.
